Beeyong Sison

Founder, Director for Asia-Pacific: Sison played all the major Grand Slams namely Wimbledon, French, U.S., and Australian Opens from 1979 to 1984. As an amateur, Sison won the 52nd US Public Parks Tennis Singles Championships in St. Louis in 1978. In US collegiate tennis, Sison was named All-American winning the US NJCAA Singles & Doubles plum in 1976 for Odessa College in Texas. In coaching, Sison was Swiss National coach assistant from 1986 to 1988 and was Basel Lawn Tennis Club's head pro from 1984 to 1995 in Switzerland. Gary Plock

Director for North America: Gary is a tennis Hall-of-Famer in Kentucky and was a two-time NCAA All-American at University of Texas in Austin where he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Education with emphasis in Physiology. The big-serving lefty played No.1 for the Texas Longhorns where he teamed with Kevin Curren (Wimbledon Finalist in 1985) and Steve Denton (1981-82 Australian Open Finalist). Kyle Macy

Director for Sports Camps - International: Kyle played NCAA college tennis for Purdue University his freshman year in 1975-76 and led the University Kentucky Wildcats to the NCAA Basketball Championships in 1978. Kyle has had a successful NBA career playing for the Phoenix Suns, Chicago Bulls leading both teams in three-point and free-throw shooting percentages. With Kyle's vast experience, the three-time All-American and Indiana Hall-of-Famer will be leading the ITS all-around sports camp programs. More on Kyle...

Michael Duranceau

ITS Euro-Tennis Communications-Media Manager: Michael Duranceau of Poitiers, France heads ITS Euro Tennis as manager for communications and media development . A University of Poitiers graduate in Bachelor of Languages applied to Business and Marketing (German, English) in 2011, Duranceau is responsible for strategic planning and execution within emerging platforms, online communities, and tennis-tourism related industry developments. The 23-year old dual-athlete in tennis and hand-ball also has a special degree at the Alienor d’Aquitaine School in France as a Trilingual Personal Assistant and recently earned an Advanced Diploma in Business English in the United States at the Education First School in San Francisco. While earning his degrees, Duranceau has worked for various organizations as event marketing and communications officer including Camping L’Estanquet in Les Mathes, France; Sustainable Life Media in San Francisco; and STEAM France SA based  in Montpellier, France.

James R. Viaplana O'Bannon Jr.

Business Development Officer: With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA), Jim leads the ITS Team in preparing business plans and facilities design. With 35 years of experience, Jim is an expert in providing feasibility studies for growth oriented organizations in the fields of finance, operations, marketing, purchasing, construction management, environmental management, long-term planning, international ventures, or senior project management and administration. Jim has assisted multiple businesses as a consultant and has worked closely with ITS founder Sison on numerous sports and recreational projects for both public and private sectors.

Lorenzo Sison

Youth Development Officer - International: Lorenzo recently graduated at Christopher Newport University where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.  Born in Basel, Switzerland, Lorenzo was team captain of the CNU Captains for three years where he was named to the All-USA South Athletic Conference teams. Lorenzo will be responsible for researching and designing fitness-based development programs. Lorenzo’s qualities as a person will be providing a big boost in imparting proper values to aspiring children and young athletes.More on Lorenzo..


Martin F. Misa

Director of Coaching: Martin is one of Asia’s most experienced and qualified instructors of tennis certified by the reputable International Tennis Federation and Asian Tennis Federations. For the past 25 years he has coached and helped develop players who competed at the highest levels of Davis and Fed Cups, South East and Asian Games competition. Read more
